About The Museum

The African Atlantic Genealogical Society, Inc.

 

The AAGS is part of the AAM of Nassau County.  It seeks to accomplish on a personal basis, what the museum does on a broader scale, helping the individual find their own place in the African American story.  The AAGS conducts workshops on genealogical, historical, scientific, and multi-cultural research.  It provides educational services via lectures, workshops, seminars and community outreach programs.
